Former Lotus test driver Fairuz Fauzy has been announced as the new test driver for the Lotus Renault team.
The Malaysian is hopeful this will lead to a race seat in the future.
Former Hispania Racing drivers Karun Chandhock and Bruno Senna, who are both without drives for 2011, have been touted as possible Team Lotus test drivers for the coming season.
