Spanish investment company Thesan Capital has taken a controlling share in the Hispania Formula 1 team.
The company has bought José Ramón Carabante's majority stake in Grupo Invesor Hispania, which in turn is the majority shareholder in the team, now in it's second year in the sport.
It is not yet clear whether Thesan Capital will use it's branding on the car, which so far this season has mostly lacked sponsor logos, instead featuring such slogans as "This Is A Cool Spot" in an attempt to attract new advertisers.
